Drummond Company, Inc., Drummond LTD, and certain of the companies’ officers have been falsely accused in the U.S. courts of committing crimes against individuals in Colombia. Attached please find a letter from the lawyer representing the company in these proceeding. This letter spells out the details of the latest rulings.
