All Drummond Company, Inc. and Subsidiary Employees –

Effective today, Ed Drummond has resigned his position of Executive Vice-President and Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer of Drummond Company, Inc.  He will continue to serve on the Drummond Company Board of Directors and will resume a career managing and expanding his commercial real estate portfolio.

Over the past four years, Ed has served the Company as head of both Real Estate and Supply Chain Management.  Ed has been active in several corporate development initiatives and he has served in a consultative role on a wide range of corporate issues.  His devotion to the Company has been tireless, his professionalism has been consummate and his contributions have been many.

Although Ed has finished his last day of employment, he has agreed to be available for any future consultation that may be necessary for a seamless transition of his duties to others.

Please direct all communications regarding the duties of Ed Drummond to me as questions and situations dictate.  All personnel reporting to Ed will now report to me for the time being.
